ARE WE GOING TO PRASIE GOD OR NOT?

praise.jpeg

(New Living Testament)
Acts 16:25 Around midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening.
Acts 16:26 Suddenly, there was a massive earthquake, and the prison was shaken to its foundations. All the doors immediately flew open, and the chains of every prisoner fell off!
Acts 16:27 The jailer woke up to see the prison doors wide open. He assumed the prisoners had escaped, so he drew his sword to kill himself.

We notice here in the scriptures that Paul and Silas in there imprisonment they where in unity, singing PRAISES to God. Not fighting with one another blaming each other for why they are where they are at. No they kept PRAISING God no matter what was going on. They also where in God’ will. So toady we as CHRISTIANS need to praising God in what ever condition we are in so that our prison can be SHAKEN. WE see in verse (26) the massive earthquake that shook the prison that set them free, can happen today if we are in unity with each other or personally. We have the thing that we want to complain, mummer, back bit. That is only self centered thinking from the pits of HELL to get us to miss what GOD has for you. The part that stood up was verse (26) (All the doors immediately flew open, and the chains of every prisoner fell off!) The chains of all of the prisoners fell off. You know through out our daily lives when we are praising GOD in hymns from our heart the people that around us in our walk in the LORD their chains will fall of of them as well as ours.

In the body of Christ there is know teaching on this subject at all, I gues s that the body is asleep at the wheel missing a big move of GOD in their lives.

We need to have HOSPITALITY in our lives

 jesus-over-looking-the-city.jpg

AMP)
Romans 12:13 Contribute to the needs of God’s people [sharing in the necessities of the saints]; pursue the practice of hospitality.

1Timothy 3:2 Now a bishop (superintendent, overseer) must give no grounds for accusation but must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, circumspect and temperate and self-controlled; [he must be] sensible and well behaved and dignified and lead an orderly (disciplined) life; [he must be] hospitable [showing love for and being a friend to the believers, especially strangers or foreigners, and be] a capable and qualified teacher,

Titus 1:8 But he must be hospitable (loving and a friend to believers, especially to strangers and foreigners); [he must be] a lover of goodness [of good people and good things], sober-minded (sensible, discreet), upright and fair-minded, a devout man and religiously correct, temperate and keeping himself in hand.

1Peter 4:9 Practice hospitality to one another (those of the household of faith). [Be hospitable, be a lover of strangers, with brotherly affection for the unknown guests, the foreigners, the poor, and all others who come your way who are of Christ’s body.] And [in each instance] do it ungrudgingly (cordially and graciously, without complaining but as representing Him).

I guess that we need to take a good look at this topic and be practicing it in our life’s like the disciples of the early church. We in this culture are very inward and not being led of the Holy Ghost. We are missing the whole picture here in this day and age. This is how they added to the church daily.

The Birth Of Jesus the King.

The above picture is found in:Luke 2:15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.
There where NO wise men here in this scripture.

Matthew 2:7 Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared.
Matthew 2:8 And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also.
Matthew 2:9 When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.
Matthew 2:10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.
Matthew 2:11 And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.

As you can tell this time of the year is only about what you can buy to make the receiver of the gifts to be happy. No the real gift that was brought down from heaven which was a small baby that is a King. As you can read from the scriptures from above in verse:

Matthew 2:9 that the wise men followed the star until it was over the child.

How many people of today seek to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit to Christ. When they found the star over the child they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.

How many of the so called Christians do that today for Christ when they find Him in there secret place each morning if they have this time with Him. When the wise men came into the house they saw the young child an fell down and worshiped Him, bring gifts with them to give to the King. Do we do that today when we come into His presence? I don’t think so, why not are we to good to do that? Really to be honest with you all Christians of today only what to serve Him when they feel like it or just on Sunday mornings an the live the other 6 days like they want to.

He is not pleased by this action of His so called people. The road with Him is straight an a narrow way, only the ones who what to pay the price, we need to count the cost that we are expected to do when we serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

We need to be seeking Christ all of the time an looking everywhere to find Him this time of the year. Really Jesus Christ was not born at this time of the year, only the world wanted to have it at this time of the year to MAKE MONEY which is Commercialism.
